About Chloe

Hi, I’m Chloe — mother of two, wife, published author, student homeopath, and someone deeply passionate about supporting women through fertility, preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum.

For over a decade, I’ve worked in the health and wellness space, helping people reconnect with their physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. My background includes psychology, a Master’s in Public Health, and 13 years building and running two gyms from the ground up, supporting thousands of people through meaningful health transformation.

My early work focused on nutrition, strength training, metabolic health, and lifestyle foundations — helping people create long-term wellbeing rather than chasing quick fixes.

But motherhood shifted everything.

After my son’s ADHD diagnosis, I found myself asking deeper questions about the body, the nervous system, and how we can support health in a way that feels gentle, informed, and empowering. That curiosity eventually led me to homeopathy.

What resonated wasn’t just the remedies — it was the philosophy: listening instead of silencing, supporting instead of suppressing, and trusting the body’s innate intelligence.

Today, I bring together my background in public health, lifestyle medicine, metabolic health, and homeopathy to support women through one of life’s most important transitions.

Because fertility is rarely just about fertility.

It’s about hormones, nervous system regulation, nourishment, stress, lifestyle, emotional wellbeing, and understanding the unique story your body is telling.

Whether you're preparing for pregnancy, navigating hormonal imbalances, unexplained fertility challenges, recurrent loss, or simply wanting to optimise your health before conception — my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.

When I’m not studying or supporting clients, you’ll usually find me lifting weights, swimming in the ocean, drinking good coffee, and raising curious kids.

If you’re looking for a more thoughtful, whole-body approach to fertility and women’s health — I’m so glad you’re here.

What is Homeopathy?

Homeopathy is a gentle, holistic system of medicine that works by supporting the body’s own ability to heal and regulate itself.

Rather than simply chasing symptoms, homeopathy looks at you as a whole person; your hormones, menstrual cycle, emotions, stress, sleep, energy, digestion, medical history, and the unique way your body responds to imbalance.

In fertility, this matters because reproductive health is rarely just about one thing.

Your cycle, thyroid, stress response, gut health, inflammation, nutrient status, contraceptive history, grief, burnout, or even feeling “off” in yourself can all play a role in the bigger picture.

Homeopathic remedies are highly diluted natural medicines chosen specifically for you and your unique presentation. No two fertility journeys are the same, which is why a personalised approach matters.

My role is to help uncover what may be contributing to imbalances, support your body holistically, and help create the healthiest possible foundation for conception.

Homeopathy can be used alongside conventional care and fertility treatment, or as part of a natural fertility journey.
